Privacy policy

Farrell Logistics Ltd collects your name, phone number, email address, and the answers you give on our application form when you apply to drive with us.

If you pass initial screening, we'll ask you to upload your driving licence and proof of your own motor vehicle insurance, using a secure link sent directly to you. These documents are stored securely and only accessible to us, never made public.

We do not collect or store right to work documents ourselves. From 1 October 2026, right to work checks are carried out directly by Evri through their own secure platform, and you'll be contacted separately about this if it applies to you.

If you're offered work, we'll also collect (via a secure third-party payment provider) your bank details for payment. We never store your bank details ourselves.

We use this information to assess your application, contact you about it, and, if you join us, to manage your work with Farrell Logistics Ltd. We don't sell or share your information with anyone outside of running our business, except where required by law or to process your pay through our payment provider.

If your application isn't successful, we keep your information for 90 days and then delete it automatically, including any documents you've uploaded. We don't keep unsuccessful applicants' data indefinitely.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it sooner, by contacting us directly. We'll respond as quickly as we can.

This site doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
